 以延安市林草光伏互补建设为对象,通过因子分析方法选取适宜性评价指标,从图斑尺度对规模化发展林草光伏互补的适宜空间进行研究分析和验证,并分别评估乔灌植被、灌草植被和乔灌草植被3种修复模式在不同开发强度下的固碳减排综合效益。结果表明,延安市适宜规模化发展林草光伏互补的土地面积40.86万hm2,占延安市总面积的11.04%,主要分布在36°30′N以北的7个区县;发展林草光伏互补对增加林草植被固碳、光伏发电减排CO2作用明显,其中灌草光伏互补模式的土地综合利用效率最高;经测算延安市林草光伏在30%的集中开发强度下,可实现5 540.29万kW·h装机容量,吸收CO2 171.19万t·a-1,增加固碳量46.68万t,减排CO2 9 587.84万t·a-1。研究结果可为今后开展林草光伏互补规划设计、布局选址、碳汇碳减排交易等提供参考。
Abstract:
 This paper took the construction of forest and grass photovoltaic complementation in Yan’an City as the research object,selected the suitability evaluation index through factor analysis method,analyzed and verified the suitable space for large-scale development of forest and grass photovoltaic complementation from the spot scale,and evaluated the comprehensive benefits of carbon fixation and emission reduction under different development intensities according to the three restoration modes of tree and shrub vegetation,shrub and grass vegetation and tree and shrub vegetation.The results showed that the area of land suitable for large-scale development of forest and grass photovoltaic complementation in Yan’an City was 0.408 6 million hectares,accounting for 11.04% of the land area of the city,mainly distributed in 7 districts and counties north of 36°30′ north latitude.The development of forest and grass photovoltaic complementation had an obvious effect on increasing the carbon fixation of forest and grass vegetation and reducing carbon dioxide by photovoltaic power generation,among which the comprehensive land use efficiency of shrub and grass photovoltaic complementation mode was the highest.It was estimated that under 30% of the concentrated development intensity,Yan’an’s forest and grass PV could achieve 55.402 9 million kW·h of installed capacity,which could absorb 1.711 9 million t·a-1 of carbon dioxide,increase 0.466 8 million t of carbon sequestration,and reduce 95.878 4 million t·a-1 of carbon dioxide.The results of this study provide reference for the future development of complementary planning and design of forest and grass photovoltaic,layout and location,carbon sink and carbon emission reduction transactions.
