摘要:
 比较青海高寒区不同恢复年限沙化土地青杨林恢复效果,为沙化土地人工林持续发育及脆弱生境生态修复提供理论依据。以共和盆地东缘贵南县黄沙头青杨群落为研究对象,对丘间低地造林后5、10、15、20 a和25 a的人工建群种林分结构、群落组成、植物和微生物细菌多样性、土壤理化性质进行对比分析。结果表明,1)共和盆地沙化土地青杨人工林经过25 a发育,林木衰退明显,径级结构和高度级结构表明,25 a青杨林生长滞后,林下无更新,不具备持续发育的潜力。2)随着造林时间的推移,灌木层Simpson、Shannon-wiener、Pielou指数、土壤细菌丰富度及多样性指数先增大后减小;草本层Simpson先减小后增大,Shannon-wiener减小。3)随着恢复年限的增加,土壤养分水分可以达到比较稳定状态,但在20 a后增加不明显。4)冗余分析(RDA)表明,速效N、土壤含水率是影响共和盆地人工林土壤细菌结构多样性和林分特征的主要环境因子。未来该区域人工林植被恢复中,应尽量避免青杨纯林的营造,现有青杨林应该通过引进乡土乔灌草,增加群落丰富度及多样性,完善群落复层结构,抚育改造成稀疏混交林,提高生态防护效益。
Abstract:
 The objectives of this study were to compare the restoration effects of Populus cathayana forests on sandy land on high cold region of Qinghai at different restoration years,and to provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development and ecological restoration of planted forests in sandy areas.Taking P.cathayana community was as the research object,the study was carried out in the eastern margin of the Gonghe Basin,Guinan County to investigate the stand structure,community composition,plant and microbial diversity at 5,10,15,20 and 25 a after afforestation in the inter-mountain lowland.The results showed that 1) after 25 years of development,the P.cathayana in sandy land of the basin declined significantly.The diameter class structure and height class structure showed that 25-year-old P.cathayana trees lagged behind in growth,and there was no regeneration under the forest,so it did not have the potential for sustainable development.2) With the passage of afforestation time,Simpson,Shannon-wiener,and Pielou indices of shrub layer,soil bacterial richness and diversity index first increased and then decreased; Simpson index of herb layer decreased first and then increased,Shannon-wiener index decreased.3) With the increase of recovery years,soil nutrient and water reached a relatively stable state,but the increase was not obvious after 20 years.4) Redundancy analysis showed that available nitrogen and soil moisture were the most important environmental factors affecting soil bacterial structure diversity and stand characteristics of plantations in the basin.In the future restoration of artificial sand fixation vegetation in this area,the construction of P.cathayana pure forest should be avoided as much as possible.For the existing P.cathayana forest,measures should taken to increase the richness and diversity of the community,such as to introduce local arbors,shrubs and herbs,improve the multistory structure of the community,to tend and transform it into a sparse mixed forest,and improve the ecological protection benefits.
