摘要:
基于SPOT5遥感影像图和3S（RS、GIS、GPS）技术，研究了退耕还林工程项目监 测吴起县 子项目的技术方法和技术流程，并通过建立小班属性因子数据库，进而实现了图表管理 、成果查询、 以及输出等功能，不但提高了工作效率，而且提高了成果精度，为国家林业政策的制定 提供可靠的 数据，利于工程的顺利实施
Abstract:
Based on the SPOT5 remote sensing images map and3S technolog y，the main methods and proceˉ dures of monitoring ”grain for green”project （converting crop land t o forests and grass land） in Wuqi County，northem Shaanxi were investigated.From building the database o f subˉlot attribution factors， chart management， results inquire， and output were achieved. These f unctions not only improve the work efficiency， but also increasing the result accuracy supply the rel iable data for forestry policy making，and benefit for the successful implementing the engineering project.
