摘要:
使用Li6400Q光合仪对黄土高原水蚀风蚀复合区河北杨、小叶杨、山杏、山桃、柠条、沙棘6树种光合生理生态指标及环境因子进行了测定。结果表明,所测定树种光饱和点均较高,较适应当地高光强环境,乔木光补偿点低于灌木,乔木对光能利用率较高。所测定树种净光合速率日变化沙棘呈双峰曲线,其他为单峰型曲线,日变化受自身和环境因素综合或交错控制。所测定树种日均净光合速率分别为14.21±1.78、14.55±2.18、12.12±2.15、12.75±3.36、12.32±2.79、12.46±3.85 μmol·m-2·s-1,杨树的较高,日变化幅度较小。气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度日变化规律性明显,乔木的较灌木的高,且日变化相对稳定。所测定树种蒸腾速率日变化节律明显,日平均蒸腾速率分别为5.37±1.85、5.50±1.95、2.96±0.97、3.29±1.06、4.11±1.17、3.41±1.23 mmoL·m-2·s-1。测定树种日平均水分利用效率分别为2.99±1.37、3.09±1.76、4.61±2.15、4.10±1.35、3.09±0.65、3.80±0.58 μmol ·mmol-1,河北杨、小叶杨和柠条的较低。
Abstract:
Characteristics of photosynthetic rate, the transpiration rate and their correlations with the environmental factors were investigated of Populus hopeiensis, P. simonii, Prunus davidiana, Armeniaca ansu, Caragana spp., and Hippophae rhamnoides in the mixed area with both water and wind erosion in the Loess Plateau by using Li6400Q photosynthesis system. The results indicated that the light saturation points of the 6 species were so high that they could adapt to the local high lighted climate. The light compensation points of trees were lower than those of the shrubs. The light use efficiencies of trees were higher. The diurnal course of net photosynthetic rate of H. rhamnoides eshibited a doublepeak cruve, while other species were singlepeak curres. And the process was dominated by environmental factors and their physiological functions. The averags of diurnal net photosynthetic rates of 6 species studied were 14.21±1.78, 14.55±2.18, 12.12±2.15, 12.75±3.36, 12.32±2.79, 12.46±3.85 μmol·m-2·s-1 respectively, among them, two poplar species was 13.8% higher than those of others. The diurnal course of stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration for 6 tree species significantly changed. The stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of trees were higher than shrubs. And the change was relatively stable. The transpiration rate of 6 species changed significantly. Diurnal transpiration rate were 5.37±1.85, 5.50±1.95, 2.96±0.97, 3.29±1.06, 4.11±1.17, 3.41±1.23 mmol·m-2·s-1 respectively. The transpiration rates of two poplar trees were significantly higher than those of othes. The water use efficiencies of 6 species were 2.99±1.37, 3.09±1.76, 4.61±2.15, 4.10±1.35, 3.09±0.65, 3.80±0.58 μmol·mmol-1 respectively. The water use efficiencies of P. hopeiensis, P. simonii and C. spp. were lower than those of others.
