摘要:
以1 a生君迁子(Diospyros lotus)实生苗为研究对象,采用盆栽试验的方式研究盐旱交叉胁迫对君迁子渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明,君迁子的渗透调节物质含量基本上为先上升后下降,但在各交叉胁迫处理末期,渗透调节物质含量均维持在较高的水平,说明渗透调节物质在君迁子的抗逆性上起到了积极的调节作用。可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白在整个胁迫过程中上升趋势显著。渗透调节物质之间在整个胁迫过程中均达到正相关水平,说明在逆境下渗透调节物质相互作用,对君迁子起到了很好的调节作用。
Abstract:
Lipid peroxidation and activity of cell defense enzymes in the leaves of oneyearold Diospyros lotus seedlings were studied under drought and salt stresses. The results showed that under drought and salt stresses, the contents of osmoregulation substances exhibited an increasing firestly and then a declining trends, but they were all kept at a high levels at the end of the treatments indicating that the substance played an active role on resistance. Soluble suger and soluble protein increased significantly. The correlation analysis indicated that in the course of the stresses, there were significant positive correlations among the osmoregulation substances, which indicated that the osmoregulation substans worked together and played an effective regulating role for D. lotus seedlings.
