摘要:
为研究光叶楮叶中的化学成分,采用试管法和圆形滤纸层析法对其进行测定,结果表明:光叶楮叶片含有酚性成分、氨基酸、蛋白质、多肽、皂苷、黄酮及其苷类、植物甾醇、三萜等多种化学成分。叶片中粗蛋白含量19.23%,粗脂肪含量2.72%,粗纤维含量8.98%,总黄酮含量1.08%,氨基酸总量15.315%,必需氨基酸含量占总氨基酸含量的35.45%。微量元素含量(μg·g -1干基):铁353.75,锰47.50,锌31.25,铜13.99;常量元素含量(mg·g -1干基):钾16.2,钙17.5,镁5.9。
表明光叶楮具有较高的利用价值。
Abstract:
In order to fi nd out t he acti ve co mponents ,t he analysi s on che mi cal co mpositi on of t he leaf fro m Broussoneti a papyri fera uangyechu t hrough t he technology of test t ube and paper chro matography were acco mpli s hed .The res ults s ho wed t hat t he leaf contai ns phenols ,a mi no aci ds ,protei ns ,polypepti des ,
saponi ns ,flavonoi ds and its saponi ns ,sterols ,and triterpenes .Then t he mai n co mponents i n leaf were deter mi ned .Quantitati ve res ults were assaged as protei n19.23%,li pi d 2.72%,fi bre 8.98%and flavonoi ds1.08%,total a mi no aci ds 15.315%,i n whi ch 35.45%was essenti al a mi no aci ds .The trace ele ments (μg·g -1,dry mass)were :Fe 353.75,Mn 47.50,Z n 31.25,Cu 13.99,while t he nor mal ele ments (mg·g -1,dry mass)were :K 16.2,Ca 17.5,Mg 5.878.The res ults i ndi cate t hat t he leaf of B.papyri ferai s of hi gh value .
