摘要:
从自然因素和人为因素两个方面分析了黄土高原水土流失严重的原因.据此,提出了治理黄土高原水土流失的个人观点:(1)近期应标、本兼治,并稍偏重于治标;(2)远期应发展精细、高附加值农业;加快城镇建设步伐,实现农业人口转移.
