摘要:
科技进步和创新对祁连山水源涵养林保护与恢复至关重要.以祁连山水源涵养林现 状为基础,分析了当前祁连山水源涵养林科技工作面临的困难和问题,确定祁连山水源涵养林科技发展的总体思路、主要任务和方向、目标及重点,并提出了相应的对策与措施.
