摘要:
核桃嫁接成活与核桃体内的酚类物质、多酚氧化酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性有关,是由三者协同起作用的.试验结果表明,酚类物质含量越高,成活率越低;PPO活性与酚类物质含量呈正相关,酚类物质含量高,PPO活性增强,容易发生氧化反应;PAL活性与酚类物质含量呈负相关,PAL活性低时,酚类物质含量高.
