摘要:
纤维素酶对油松种子的萌发和幼苗生长有明显的促进效果,可以显著提高油松种子的发芽势和发芽率,同时使油松种子提早出苗.纤维素酶对油松萌发促进效果的最佳活力为5 u·mL-1,酶液浸种较佳有效时间为3 h,经处理后发芽势比对照提高了28.1,种子的发芽率由76.7提高到88.6,并使油松种子提早3 d以上出苗.
