摘要:
采用气相色谱技术,对臭椿皮蛾幼虫、蛹的脂肪酸组成和含量进行了分析。结果表明,臭椿皮蛾幼虫不饱和脂肪酸含量达80.77%,其中,油酸34.06%,亚油酸11.25%,亚麻酸35.46%;臭椿皮蛾蛹不饱和脂肪酸含量达73.67%,其中,油酸32.60%,亚油酸9.32%,亚麻酸31.75%。幼虫和蛹脂肪酸组成相近,其组成和含量均适于食用和药用。西北林学院学报21卷第3期李生梅等臭椿皮蛾幼虫和蛹脂肪酸组成研究
Abstract:
The components and contents of fatty acids in the larva and pupa of Eligma narcissus were analyzed by gas chromatography. Of all the tested fatty acids, the unsaturated fatty acids are dominant ones with the contents have slightly difference in larva and pupa, accounting for 80.77% and 73.67% respectively. In larva, oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic cover 34.06%,11.25% and 35.46%, respectively. While in pupa, the percentage of oleic acid , linoleic acid and linolenic are 32.06%,9.32% and 31.75% respectively. The components were very similar between larva and pupa. Those unsaturated fatty acids are edible and officinal and may become a fine source of fatty acid.
