摘要:
以醇溶抽提物、不挥发性乙醚抽提物和挥发油含量为指标,应用多指标综合排序方法对全国10个主产地花椒品质优劣进行排序;应用因子分析方法,对影响花椒品质的环境因子进行分析。结果表明,花椒品质优劣排序与实际情况吻合,说明排序指标的选择是合理的,方法是可行的;花椒品质的优劣受制于产地诸多环境因子,而起决定作用的是产地土壤性质、温度状况和年降雨量,其中最主要的是土壤性质。西北林学院学报21卷第5期李智杰等不同产地花椒多指标综合排序及环境因子影响分析
Abstract:
Taking the rates of ethanal and ether extracts ,as well as essential oil as indexes,qualtities of Bunge pricklyash from 10 major production areas were evaluated by comprehensive multiindex comparison method. Environmental factors influencing the quality of Chinese pricklyash were analyzed by factor analysis method.The results showed that the quality sequence was in accordance with the reality,indicating that indexes selected for quality sequencing was rational and the method used was feasible The quality of Bunge pricklyash was influenced by several environmental factors in the production area,however ,crucial factors were organic components of the soil,average annual temperature and precipation and the organic components of the soil was the most important one .
