摘要:
采用石蜡切片法研究了一球悬铃木(美国梧桐)叶的解剖结构。结果表明:一球 悬铃木叶 由表皮、叶肉和叶脉三部分组成, 叶片厚度150 μm。一球悬铃木叶表皮及叶脉和叶柄 上密被绒毛 和星状毛,主脉上下的表皮细胞小且排列紧密;叶肉上、下均有栅栏组织,并且较为发达 ,海绵组织 弱化;叶脉发达;气孔密度大,21.4个/单位面积,具有较强的抗旱性特征。
Abstract:
Paraffin method is employed to study the leaf structure o f Platanus occidentalis with the results that the leaf of P. occidentalis consists of three parts, i.e. the e pidermis, leaf vein and mesophyll leaf blade with the thickness of150 μm. Its epidermis, leaf vein and p etiole cover with villus and stellate hairs. The upper and lower epidermal cells about the main vein are smal l and closely collocated. There is considˉ erately developed palisade tissue in the both upper and lower meso phylls, and the leaf contains degenerate spongy tissue and well developed veins. And it is dotted with dr ought resistant stomata with a high density of 21.4 per unit area.
