摘要:
为了掌握云南松合子胚发育规律,2006年和2007年5月下旬至8月下旬采集昆明树 木园 内的云南松幼嫩球果,对其合子胚进行解剖镜和光学显微镜观察拍照,进行形态观察和 描述,据其 形态特征将云南松合子胚划分为8个发育阶段。
Abstract:
In order to know the regularities of zygotic embryo devel opment of Pinus yunnanensis , the green cones were collected from Kunming Arboretum throughout the summer o f 2006~2007. Embryos were disˉ sected from the female gametophyte and classified. The morphological s tructures of the zygotic embryos at different developmental stages were observed and recorded by using dissecting microscope and light microˉ scope. Classification system of embryos had been arranged sequentiall y eight stages according to their morˉ phological characteristics. The results would provide basic informatio n for the correlative studies on emˉ bryogenesis in P. yunnanensis .
