摘要:
采用硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠比色法和酸性染料 比色法分别测定了6个产地的唐古特白刺 和西 伯利亚白刺果实和叶中总黄酮和总生物碱的含量 ,结果表明:6个不同产地间2种白刺的果 实和叶 中总黄酮和总生物碱含量均差异显著,其中,西 伯利亚白刺的果实和叶中青海产地的总 黄酮和生物 碱含量最高,唐古特白刺的果实中宁夏产地的总 黄酮和生物碱含量最高,叶中青海产地 的总黄酮含 量最高,内蒙产地总生物碱含量最高。
Abstract:
The totalal alkaloids and total flavonoids contained in th e fruits and leaves of Nitraria tangutoˉ rum and N.sibirica from six different habitats was determined by acid dye colorimetry and AlNO 3 ˉNaNO 2 colorimetric method. The results indicated that there were signific ant differences in the contents of total alˉ kaloids and total flavonoids in N. tangutorum and N.sibirica among six d ifferent habitats. For N. sibiriˉ ca , total alkaloids and total flavonoids in the fruits and leaves w ere higher from the habital of Qinghai Province than from other habitats. For N. tangutorum , total alkaloi ds and total flavonoids were higher in the fruits from the habitat of Qinhai Province, whereas the tota l flavonoids was higher in the leaves from the habitat of Ningxia and total flavonoids content was higher fr om the habitat of Inner Mongolia.
