摘要:
 利用体视显微镜和生物显微镜,对黄连木和紫油木的木材构造特征进行了比较解剖研究。结果表明:两者的宏观构造特征在材色及管孔的分布类型、大小、排列有较大的差异。微观构造特征的差异主要表现在管孔的组合方式及木射线的大小;解剖分子的差异主要表现在导管分子平均弦向直径、木纤维分子腔径及壁腔比、轴向薄壁细胞分子长度方面,其余解剖特征差异不明显。
