摘要:
采用0.5、1.0 mg·L1-与2.0 mg·L-1的5-氨基乙酰丙酸(ALA)喷施处理设施栽培的灵武长枣,研究ALA对设施灵武长枣光合作用与坐果的影响。结果表明: 1.0 mg·L-1ALA处理下其净光合速率比对照增高了1.07 μmol·m-2·s-1; 2.0 mg·L-1ALA处理下叶绿素含量SPAD比对照增加了4.6,果实含糖量提高了2.575%; 对设施枣的水分利用效率、坐果率以及产量的影响不显著。可见,在设施栽培条件下,喷施外源ALA有利于提高灵武长枣光合作用、叶绿素含量以及果实含糖量。
Abstract:
Exogenous ALA(5-aminolevulinic acid)with the concentrations of 0.5,1.0,and 2 mg·L-1 was sprayed on a jujube cultivar, Lingwu long-fruit jujube, which were cultivated in a greenhouse to test the effects of ALA on the net photosynthesis, chlorophyll content, fruit setting rate, yield, and fruit sugar content. Significant effects of ALA treatments were observed on photosynthesis, chlorophyll content, and fruit sugar contents. Compared with control group, the Pn increased by 1.07 μmol·m-2·s-1 when treated by 1 mg·L-1 ALA, and the chlorophyll content increased by 4.6SPAD when treated by 2 mg·L-1 ALA. But ALA treatments had no significant effects on water utilization efficiency and fruit setting rate, yield. It was concluded that the treatment of spraying 1 mg·L-1 to 2 mg·L-1 ALA could improve the photosynthesis and fruit quality.
