摘要:
 以总黄酮提取率为考查指标, 采用单因素试验和正交试验方法对尖叶胡枝子中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺进行优化, 最佳提取工艺为:70%的乙醇,提取温度为70℃,固液比为1∶20,提取时间为2 h。同时,将提取的粗黄酮进一步的分离纯化,最终得到8个黄酮类的化合物,分别为荭草素、异荭草素、牡荆苷、异牡荆苷、异杨梅树皮苷、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷及6-xylopyranosylluteolin。尖叶胡枝子富含有较好药理活性的碳苷黄酮,作为一种植物资源,具有广阔的开发利用前景。
Abstract:
 Optimum conditions of extracting flavonoids from lespedeza hedysaroides were investigated by orthogonal test. The extract was further purified. The optimal conditions of the extraction were solvent:70% ethanol, temperature: 70℃, ratio of material to solvent:1∶20, and extraction time: 2 h. Eight flavonoids were isolated by chromatographic method, and their structures were identified as : orientin, isoorientin, vitexin,isovitexin, isomyricitrin, meletin-3-O-β-d-glucoside, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, and 6-xylopyranosylluteolin.in which in the flavonoids were mostly C-glycosides.
