摘要:
 采用核磁共振波谱分析技术,以邻苯二甲酸氢钾作内标,测定了几种果汁中葡萄糖、蔗糖和果糖的含量,与高效液相色谱法测定的其中3种果汁中葡萄糖、蔗糖和果糖的含量进行比较,结果表明,二者的测定结果无明显差异,核磁共振波谱法测定的葡萄糖、蔗糖和果糖的回收率达到了98.00%、97.31%和98.75%,标准偏差0.174、0.134和0.783,可以达到定量分析的要求。该法取样量少,样品不必进行任何处理,直接定性和定量测定,所得结果重现性好、准确度高,为葡萄糖、蔗糖和果糖的同时定量测定提供了一种简单可行的方法。
Abstract:
 Potussium biphthalate was adopted as an internal standard,the contents of glucose, sucrose and fructose in several fruit juices were determined simultaneously by NMR technology. The results were compared with those obtained from HPLC method. No significant differences were observed between the two methods. With NMR method, the recovery rate of glucose, sucrose and fructose reached 98%, 97.31% and 98.75%, respectively with the standard deviations of 0.174%, 0.134% and 0.783%, respectively, which could meet the requirement of quantitative analysis. Only small amounts of the sample were needed, in which no pre-treatments were required. The method exhibited good reproducibility and high accuracy, which provides a simple and feasible method for simultaneous determination of glucose, sucrose and fructose.
