摘要:
 采用正交设计L9(34)布置了氮、磷、钾3因素3水平的肥料试验,研究了氮、磷、钾配施对毛白杨无性系幼苗光合生理特性的影响。 结果表明,1)氮、钾肥对毛白杨无性系幼苗净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)和叶绿素含量(Chl)影响极显著;2)随着施氮量的增加,毛白杨无性系幼苗Pn、Tr、Ci、GsChl呈现增加的趋势,而随着施钾量的增加,毛白杨幼苗Pn、Tr、Ci、GsChl呈现“先升高后降低”的趋势;3)氮对PnChl影响最大,钾对Tr、CiGs影响最大。4)磷极显著影响Pn,Pn随供磷水平的增加先增后减。5)氮、磷、钾对毛白杨幼苗最大净光合速率、表观量子效率、光饱和点的影响不显著,氮对毛白杨幼苗光补偿点的影响显著。6)施肥能显著提高毛白杨幼苗的光合效率,促进光合效率最佳施肥处理是N3∶P2∶K2,其氮、磷、钾配比为7∶2.25∶0.5。
Abstract:
 In order to study the effects of different proportions of N, P, and K on seedling photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of Populus tomentosa hybrid clone No. BT17, an orthogonal experimental design L9(34) was adopted to carry out the experiment. The results were as follows, 1) nitrogen and potassium had remarkably significant effects on net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance (Gs) and chlorophyll content (Chl). 2) With the increase of nitrogen input, Pn, Tr, Ci, Gs and Chl of the seedlings increased, while with the increase of potassium, Pn, Tr, Ci, Gs and Chl increased firstly and then decreased. 3) The effect of nitrogen on Pn, and Chl was the greatest, while potassium had the greatest effect on Tr, Ci and Gs. 4) Phosphorus had remarkably significant effects on Pn. With the increase of phosphorus input, Pn, increased firstly and then decreased. 5) The effects of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on Pnmax (maximum photosynthesis rate), AQY (apparent quantum yield)and LSP (light saturation point) were insignificant, and nitrogen had a significant effect on LCP (light compensation point). 6) Fertilization could improve the photosynthetic efficiency. The most appropriate nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium ratio for photosynthetic efficiency of seedlings was 7∶2.25∶0.5.
