摘要:
 为了探索干燥质量优良、防腐剂流失率低的防腐木材干燥工艺,在70℃、75℃和80℃3种温度下,对毛白杨防腐木进行干燥,并进行7 d和14 d的防腐剂流失试验,分析干燥工艺与防腐剂流失率的关系。结果表明,高温、低湿会加剧防腐剂有效成分的流失,毛白杨防腐木材的最佳干燥温度为75℃。
Abstract:
 In order to find a new way for timber preservative drying to produce high quality timber with little loss of preservatives,the timber of fast-growing Populus tomentosa pretreated by preservatives was dried under three temperatures:70℃,75℃,and 80 ℃.A 7 d and 14 d preservative leaching test was conducted to examine the relationship between drying process and preservative leaching.The results demonstrated that high temperature and low humidity would accelerate the loss of preservative,and the optimal drying temperature was 75 ℃.
