摘要:
 针对小径材指接板齐边加工缺少专用机床的问题,提出小径材定宽拼板锯切机的结构设计。首先分析加工对象,并根据其形状特点确定定宽拼板的加工工艺,根据所设计的加工工艺流程确定小径材定宽拼板锯切机的总体结构布局,并对纵向锯切总成的切削力进行计算,得到纵向锯切总成的切削力为88.26 N,进而确定其切削功率,选取额定功率为4 kW的三相异步电机作为纵向锯切总成的切削电机,并对纵向锯切总成进行结构设计,最后利用ANSYS对纵向锯切横梁进行有限元分析,施加各种载荷后得到最大应力、应变和变形值分别为27.9 MPa、每米变形0.14 mm和0.062 mm,对锯切横梁截面尺寸进行结构优化并分析,最终确定截面尺寸为150 mm×100 mm×8 mm,所设计的小径材定宽拼板锯切机能够完成对小径材指接板的自动化加工,加工效率较高,为小径材定宽拼板锯切机设计提供了新思路。
Abstract:
 In order to solve the problem of lacking special machine tool for finger jointing of small diameter wood (SDW),this paper put forward the structure design of jigsaw machine for SDW with fixed width.The processing objects were analyzed firstly,and then the processing technology was determined based on their shape characteristics,by which the overall structure layout of the SDW with fixed width jointed board sawing machine was determined.The cutting force of the longitudinal sawing assembly was calculated,and the cutting force of the longitudinal sawing assembly was 88.26 N,and then the cutting power of the sawing assembly was determined.The three-phase asynchronous motor with the rated power of 4.4 kW was selected as the cutting motor of longitudinal sawing assembly,and the structure was designed.Finally,the finite element analysis of longitudinal sawing crossbeam was carried out by ANSYS.The maximum stress,strain and deformation were 27.9 MPa,deformation 0.14 mm permeter and 0.062 mm,respectively.The designed SDW with fixed width jointed board sawing machine can complete the automatic processing of the jointed board with highly processing efficiency,and provides a new way of thinking in the machine design.
