 为探明珍贵用材树种桢楠的地理分布范围和潜在适宜栽培区范围,基于气候、海拔、土壤条件和植被类型数据集,结合桢楠分布样点数据,利用最大熵模型(MaxEnt)预测桢楠的潜在适宜栽培区。结果表明,桢楠的水平分布范围为26°41′-31°7′N,101°51′-110°57′E,垂直分布海拔介于139~1 524 m。桢楠分布区的适宜年均气温为13℃~18℃,适宜年降水量为850~1 500 mm,适宜越冬的极端最低气温为-1℃~4℃,适宜越夏的极端最高气温为26℃~32℃。桢楠的潜在最适宜和较高适宜栽培区主要分布在龙门山-大巴山-武陵山-苗岭-峨眉山区域。其中,四川省的高、中适宜栽培区面积最大,为137 694 km2;依次为贵州省、重庆市、湖南省和湖北省,面积分别为101 972、61 658、38 382、25 456 km2。研究结果阐明了桢楠在我国的地理分布范围和适宜气候条件,并采用MaxEnt模型进行了桢楠潜在适宜栽培区预测,可为我国桢楠的推广栽培提供指导依据。
Abstract:
 To study the geographic distribution scope and potential suitable cultivation area of Phoebe zhennan,the MaxEnt model was applied to predict the suitable cultivation area based on the data of climate,altitude,soil condition,vegetation style,and natural distribution of P.zhennan.The results showed that,the horizontal equilibrium extent ranged from 26°41′ to 31°7′ N,and 101°51′ to 110°57′ E.The vertical distribution ranged from 139 m to 1 524 m above the sea level.The suitable annual average temperature,annual precipitation,extremely lowest and highest temperature were 13℃-18℃,850-1 500 mm,-1℃-4℃,and 26℃-32℃,respectively.The potential optimum and highly suitable area were distributed in Longmen-Daba-Wuling-Miaoling-Emei Mountains,in which Sichuan Province occupied the most of the highly suitable and suitable cultivation area (137 694 km2),followed by Guizhou (101 972 km2),Chongqing (61 658 km2),Hunan (38 382 km2) and Hubei (25 456 km2).The geographic distribution and ranges of the dominant bioclimatic factors were clarified.This work predicted the regionalization of potential suitable cultivation area and provided references for reasonable cultivating P.zhennan.
