摘要:
以MS、LS、B5、N6、H、Nitsch、White、WPM为基本培养基,分别添加1.0 mg/L NAA+0.3 mg/L BA,进行不同培养基对杜仲嫩茎及幼叶愈伤组织诱导的研究;以MS、LS、B5、N6、H、Nitsch、White、1/2 MS为基本培养基,分别添加0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L BA,进行不同培养基对杜仲嫩茎及幼叶愈伤组织继代培养的研究.结果表明,MS培养基有利于杜仲幼茎愈伤组织的诱导,而B5培养基不仅对叶的愈伤组织诱导有利,对茎和叶愈伤组织的继代培养也是最理想的.
