摘要:
选取当年生半木质化、具腋芽的香椿茎段作为外植体,诱导腋芽萌发,进行芽苗增殖和生根培养。通过试验,筛选出了各阶段适宜的培养基组成及试管苗移栽条件。结果表明,香椿萌芽诱导中,MS基本培养基效果优于1/2MS;芽增殖阶段,适宜的培养基是MS+6BA0.2 mg/L+GA3 2.0, 有效增殖倍数为3.38;在1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA中,试管苗生根率最高,可达69%;适宜的移栽时间是37月初,移栽基质以蛭石或和沙为好。西北林学院学报21卷第5期马勤等香椿的试管繁殖技术
Abstract:
The new semiligneous stem nodes of Toona sinensis with axillary buds was taken as explant cultured in vitro to induce axillary bud sprouting and bud multiplications.Medium supplemented with different plant hormones and concentations which suit to different stage of the culture were chosen.Results showed that MS culture medium was better than 1/2MS culture medium in period of induceing germination; The suitable culture medium for subculture and shoot multiplication was MS+6BA0.2 mg/L+GA32.0,the effective propagation rate was 3.38. The most suitable culture medium for rooting was 1/2MS+1.0 mg/L IBA,the rooting rate was 69% and grown well; The suitable transplant time was among Mar. to July annually, vermiculite and sand should be chosen as transplant medium materials.

[8]董丽芬,张小英,张宗勤,等.树莓的组织培养技术[J].西北林学院学报,2003,18(2)4243.(上接第68页)现较大的波动性,秋冬季土壤水分缓慢回升,春季土壤水分强烈消耗,夏季受降水影响呈现出一定波动变化。果园土壤水分储量受降水、地形等因子的影响呈现一定变化规律。不同坡向果园土壤水分储量表现为阴坡果园>峁顶果园>半阴半阳坡果园>阳坡果园。坡面果园0200 cm的水分储量在果树生长季49月份均低于适宜含水量,为保证果园稳产、高产应进行果园补灌。
