本文从树木遗传学的角度进行了毛泡桐×白花泡桐和白花泡桐×毛泡桐正反交F1无性系自然接干性状遗传变异的比较研究。结果表明(1)毛泡桐×白花泡桐和白花泡桐×毛泡桐正反交F1无性系自然接干性状的遗传变异在变异系数、变异模式、自然接干类型、自然接干优劣性、变异差异性、主成分结构、主成分贡献率、生长杂种优势、速生性、广义遗传力和遗传增益上都完全相同或基本相似而无本质差别。(2)接干高性状在影响和决定毛泡桐×白花泡桐和白花泡桐×毛泡桐正反交F1无性系自然接干性状的总体表现和最终状况上起着重要作用,而通直度性状是泡桐自然接干性状遗传改良的关键性状。(3)毛泡桐×白花泡桐和白花泡桐×毛泡桐正反交具有同等重要的杂交育种意义。(4)在泡桐的杂交育种、无性系育种、自然接干性状的遗传改良和多世代遗传改良中必须同等对待毛泡桐×白花泡桐和白花泡桐×毛泡桐而纠正过去长期只重视毛泡桐×白花泡桐而忽视白花泡桐×毛泡桐的杂交育种倾向。西北林学院学报24卷

A comparative study was cartied out from tree geneticson natural stemjoin character genetic variation of P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud.×P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl. and P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl.×P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud. reciprocal cross F1 clones. The results were as follows (1) The genetic variation of natural stemjoin characters of P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud.×P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl. and P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl.×P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud. reciprocal cross F1 clones was completey identical or broadly similar and had no essential distinction in coefficient of variation, variation model, natural stemjoin type, superiority and inferiority of natural stemjoin effects, variation difference characteristics, the structure of principal component, the contribution ratio of principal component, growth heterosis fastgrowing properties, heritability in the broad sense (hB2) and genetic gain (△G).(2) Height of stemjoin played an important role in affecting and determining total display and ultimate condition of natural stemjoin characters. Straightness of stem was a key character in genetic improvement of Paulownia natural stemjoin characters.(3) P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud.×P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl. and P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl.×P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud. reciprocal cross had identically significant cross breeding meaning in Paulownia cross breeding.(4) P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud.×P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl. and P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl.×P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud. reciprocal cross must be treated with equal importance in Paulownia cross breeding, Paulownia clone breeding, genetic improvement of Paulownia natural stemjoin character and multiple generation genetic improvement of paulownia. Furthermore, the paper reminded Paulownia hybridologist to correct the cross breeding tendencies of neglecting P. fortunei (Seem.) Hemsl.×P. tomentosa (Thunb.) Steud. for a long time.
