摘要:
为了探究夏雪片莲(Leucojum aestivum)种子萌发的适宜环境条件,研究了夏雪片莲种子在光照和黑暗条件下不同温度处理、层积处理、超声波处理对种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:夏雪片莲种子千粒重为58.45 g;吸水达到饱和吸胀需168 h(7 d);夏雪片莲种子具有休眠特性;随采随播和湿沙层积均有利于种子完成后熟;黑暗环境下25℃有利于种子萌发。随采随播和常温层积是夏雪片莲繁殖的关键技术措施;播种前浸种7 d后播种,有利于其种子吸涨和萌发。
