摘要:
 用刺伤接种和无伤接种2种方法把枣炭疽病病原菌接种于不同枣品种的叶片上,测定品种间的抗性差异,并结合田间自然抗病性调查和叶片的显微结构观察,研究其结构抗病性,即被动抗性。结果表明,6个品种对炭疽病抗性差异明显,雪枣和冬枣对炭疽病抗性较强,这些品种的抗病性与叶片结构之间存在着显著的相关性,上表皮和栅栏组织厚度越大且细胞排列整齐、紧密,对炭疽病的抗性越强,反之抗病性越弱。海绵组织相对厚度越大,品种抗病性就越弱。
Abstract:
 In order to test the structural resistance of jujube to anthracnose, pathogenic fungi were inoculated on stabbed and unwounded leaves of 6 cultivars of jujube, and then the infected rate was investigated in the fields and structural characteristics of tissue were studied. The results showed that the resistance of 6 cultivars to anthracnose was obviously different, cultivar “Xuezao” and “Dongzao” exhibited strong resistance to anthracnose. The thicker, more regular and tighter the upper epidermis and palisade tissue were, the stronger the resistance of the variety would be to anthracnose, in vice versa. In contrast, the thicker the spongy tissue, the weaker the resistance of the cultivars to anthracnose would be.
