摘要:
 试验选取8株古侧柏优势内生真菌,采用浸种、灌根法对古侧柏种子及幼苗进行接种处理,通过测定种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和幼苗高、地径、根冠比、干物质量、叶绿素含量等指标,探讨其对古侧柏种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,黑附球菌(Epicoccum nigrum)C-4对种子萌发及幼苗生长均有促进作用,可显著提高侧柏种子的发芽势、发芽指数以及幼苗高、地径、干重、含水量和叶绿素a/b比值,烟曲霉(Aspergillus fumigatus)C-6对侧柏种子的萌发无影响,但促进了侧柏幼苗的生长;链格孢霉(Alternaria alternata)C-5对侧柏种子萌发及幼苗生长均产生抑制作用,哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)C-1浸种后对种子萌发无影响,但在定期灌根处理后,对侧柏幼苗产生抑制作用;其他供试菌株对侧柏种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响不显著。8株古侧柏优势内生真菌处理对侧柏种子萌发和幼苗生长表现出促进、抑制或无作用,其中C-4和C-6是2株具有促生能力的优势菌,为古侧柏的保护和更新提供基本材料。
Abstract:
 In order to understand the effects of endophytic fungi occurring in ancient Chinese arborvitae on seed germination and seedling growth,eight dominant strains were collected,from ancient Platycladus orientalis leaves were re-inoculated into the seeds and seedlings of arborvitae by seed soaking and root-irrigating.The seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,seedling height,ground diameter,root shoot ratio,dry weight,water content and chlorophylls were detected,respectively.The results showed that,Epicoccum nigrum C-4 significantly promoted seed germination and seedling growth,under the treatment of C-4 suspension,the germination potential,germination index,and seedling height,ground diameter,dry weight,water content and chlorophyll a/b were all significantly higher than that of the control.Aspergillus fumigatus C-6 just promoted seedling growth.Alternaria alternata C-5 showed obvious inhibiting effect on seed germination and seedling height.Trichoderma harzianum C-1 only showed obvious inhibiting effect on seedling height by root-irrigation of C-1 suspension.Other tested strains were not obvious in the experiment.The eight strains had promotion,inhibition,or no effect on seed germination and seedling growth; C-4 and C-6 were the dominant strains among the tested endophytes,which could become the basic material for ancient P.orientalis protection and regeneration.
