摘要:
对马尾松优良种源组培苗不定根诱导进行了研究.采用L16(45)正交设计的方法研究了NAA、IBA和基本培养基对组培苗生根的影响,结果表明:最适生根培养基组合是1/3DCR+NAA0.15 mg·L-1+蔗糖2+琼脂0.6,2个月最高生根率达到51.7,须根多,根系质量高.马尾松组培苗嫩茎元潜伏根原基,不定根由诱导根原基发育形成,诱导根原基源于髓射线细胞的分化.
