摘要:
以诱导产生的栓皮栎不同基因型的胚性愈伤组织和非胚性愈伤组织为材料,对其过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及同工酶谱型进行了研究。结果表明胚性愈伤组织中抗氧化物酶活性均明显高于非胚性愈伤组织。不同基因型的胚性愈伤组织或非胚性愈伤组织的抗氧化物酶活性之间差异不显著,但同一基因型的胚性和非胚性愈伤组织之间均存在极显著差异。不同抗氧化物酶同工酶谱具有特异性,且显示与酶活性一致的变化趋势。
Abstract:
Callus were induced from three different genotypes of immature zygotic embryos in Quercus variabilis. The activities and isozyme phenotypes of catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) of embryogenic callus and nonembryogenic callus were examined. The results showed that all antioxides enzyme activities of embryogenic callus were clearly higher than those of nonembryogenic callus. Differences of the activities of embryognic callus or nonembryogenic callus amony different genotypes were not significant. However, contrary appeared in activities of same genotype in embryogenic callus and nonembryogenic callus. Different antioxides had special isozype phenotypes.The patterns were corresponding with their activities.

[11]。在中性盐胁迫下,确实证实了这一点,但在碱性盐胁迫时脯氨酸与叶绿素的相关性并不明显。可见, 在植物抗盐生理研究方面单以NaCl为研究对象并不是十分准确,在今后的研究中应该突出混合盐碱对植物的影响,因为植物的抗盐性状是一个由多基因控制的数量性状
[18], 这也决定了抗盐机理的复杂性。
