摘要:
本试验以B5培养基为基本培养基,采用正交试验比较了不同外植体和激素配比对日本厚朴愈伤组织的诱导影响,同时研究了光培养和暗培养对愈伤组织诱导的影响,结果表明日本厚朴愈伤组织诱导的最佳外植体是顶芽、最佳愈伤组织诱导培养基为B5+2,4D 4.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,最佳的培养方式为暗培养。西北林学院学报24卷
Abstract:
Using B5 as a basic medium, orthogonal design was adopted to compare the effects of different explants on callus with different hormones Singlefactor method was adopted to compare light or dark culturing. The results indicated that the best culturing conditions were explant terminal bud, midiu 2,4D 4.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L in the dark.
