摘要:
对不同来源、不同长度、不同处理的小桐子穗条按正交试验设计进行扦插试验,调查成活率、萌枝长度、生根数、根长度和生根率等指标并分析.试验结果表明;采用梢部插穗扦插的平均成活率最高,平均为74.2;以梢部枝条为插穗,ABT生根粉浓度为100~300 mg·kg-1在成活率、发根数和保存率上表现最好.
