摘要:
以4 a生麻疯树新鲜花粉为试材,采用花粉离体培养法,研究温度和不同培养基组分对花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:单因素试验设计中,蔗糖、硼酸在一定浓度范围内能促进花粉萌发,但超过一定浓度时则起抑制作用。蔗糖、硼酸最佳质量浓度分别为10%和0.03%,花粉萌发率均为23.6%;花粉最佳萌发温度为30℃,萌发率达20.2%,温度过高或过低都会影响花粉萌发;正交试验设计中,花粉萌发的最佳组合为12%蔗糖+0.01%硼酸+33℃,萌发率可达36.1%。
