摘要:
在广东始兴南山自然保护区发现一种新的感染斑蝉(Gaeana maculate)成虫的昆虫病原真菌,经分离鉴定该真菌为柱孢野村菌(Nomuraea cylindrospora),是广东省新记录种。在室内进行温度对该菌孢子萌发、生长和产孢量的影响试验表明,该菌在15~30℃均可萌发、生长和产孢,但最适温度均为25℃。
Abstract:
A new fungal pathogen infecting adults of Gaeana maculate was found during a survey of entomopathogenic fungi in Nanshan NaturaI Reserve of Shixing, Guangdong in 2011. The fungus was cultured in vitro and was identified as Nomuraea cylindrospora. This is the first report of N. cylindrospora infecting larvae of G. maculate in Guangdong. The effects of temperature on germination, radial growth and sporulation of the fungus were studied in the laboratory. The results showed that the optimum temperature for germination and mycelial growth was 25℃ though it could germinate, grow and sporulate at 15-30℃.
