摘要:
为了揭示野皂荚种子萌发的特性,采用浓H2SO4酸蚀和高温水处理,在不同温度、光照条件的培养箱中进行种子萌发试验。结果表明:野皂荚种子直径约10 mm,千粒重(10.583±0.61)g; 其种子休眠是由硬实引起,属于强迫休眠; 破除其种子休眠的适宜方法可采用浓H2SO4酸蚀30 min,萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数分别达88%、75%、5.91以上; 最适发芽温度为25℃,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数分别为84%、50%、7.78; 光照对其种子萌发有一定的抑制作用。
Abstract:
In order to reveal the seed germination characteristics of Gleditsis microphylla, the seeds were pre-treated by concentrated H2SO4 corrosion and hot water, and cultured in different temperatures and illumination conditions. The results indicated that the seed diameter was about 10 mm and the weight per thousand seeds was(10.583 ± 0.61)g. The seeds had the characteristic of forcing dormancy that was caused by hard seed vessels. The dormancy could be released by sulfuric acid treatment. The most appropriate treatment time was 30 min,resulting in higher germination rate(88%),germination power(75%)and germination index(5.91). The optimum germination temperature was 25℃ and the germination rate, germination power and germination index was 84%, 50%, 7.78, respectively under such conditions. The seed germination was inhibited by light to some extents.
