摘要:
 以脑波变化为人体情绪变化的内在科学指标,定量解析阔叶纯林、针叶纯林、针阔混交林不同植物群落类型的视觉特性与人体心理关系。在北京植物园内选取试验点,以31位公园游人作为测试者,利用测试者观看3种不同植物群落时的α′波各项值以及α′/β′各项比值来衡量大脑皮层的活动,分析放松度得分来衡量前额部肌肉的紧张状态。结果表明:测试者观看不同植物群落类型时α′波平均值、α′与β′波平均值比值对应的变化趋势为阔叶林>针叶林>针阔混交林;测试者观看阔叶林与针叶林景观时,α′波所占优势时间、α′与β′波优势时间比值均高于观看针阔混交林;测试者前额部放松状态分值呈现阔叶林>针叶林>针阔混交林的趋势。将以上5项指标进行主成分分析,得出3种植物群落类型的视觉特性对人体心理影响的综合得点,针阔混交林得点为66.63,针叶林得点为69.95,阔叶林得点为70.84。阔叶林与针叶林的视觉特性对人体放松作用相近,但阔叶林的视觉影响更具积极意义,针阔混交林对人体放松作用最小。
Abstract:
 Taking the brain wave as the index for psychological effect evaluation,the relationship between visual characteristics of different types of plant community on human being psychology was studied.The plant community included coniferous forest,broad-leaved forest,and conifer-broadleaf forest.Thirty one visitors were invited to conduct the evaluation in Beijing Botanical Garden.The activity of the brain cortex were measured by testing each index of α′wave and the ratio of α′/β′.The tension of the forehead muscles were analyzed by measuring the relaxation degree when visitors were watching three different plant communities.For average value of α′ wave and ratio of α′/β′,it presented the change trend of broad-leaved forest > coniferous forest >conifer-broadleaf forest.When testers were watching the broad-leaved forest and coniferous forest,the dominant duration of α′wave and ratio of α′/β′ were both higher than those when they were watching conifer-broadleaf forest.The relaxation trend of the frontal part of the testers was broad-leaved forest>coniferous forest>conifer-broadleaf forest.Principal component analysis was carried out by using above 5 indicators to obtain comprehensive point of the visual characteristics effect on human body psychology for the 3 types of plant community,they were 66.63 for conifer-broadleaf forest,69.95 for coniferous forest,and 70.84 for broad-leaved forest.Broad-leaved forest and coniferous forest had the more active function on the mind and bodys relaxation,and the visual effect of broad-leaved forest was more positive.Moreover,the role of conifer-broad leaf forest presented the smallest effect on the relaxation of human body.
