摘要:
油松扦插繁殖时,在采穗母株年龄、插穗枝条年龄、扦插方法均相同的情况下,存在成活率不稳定的现象.本试验对油松采穗母株质量对扦插繁殖的影响进行了探讨.研究结果表明,在3种不同营养状况的地块中所培育出的油松2年生母株在质量上(高度、地径、健壮程度)存在较大差异.从3种不同质量母株上获取的插穗扦插平均成活率分别91.00﹪、82.33﹪和68.33﹪;可溶性总糖平均含量分别为2.14﹪、1.83﹪和1.45﹪;脱氢酶活性(TTC还原强度)平均分别1.058 0、1.014 3和0.997 0 μg·mL-1·g-1·h-1,均随母株质量的提高而提高,并呈现显著和极显著的影响.本研究说明了油松扦插繁殖时,不但要注意采穗母株、母枝年龄,同时也必须注意母株质量,对今后油松扦插繁殖具有指导意义.
