摘要:
为了探讨生长调节剂和营养液对油松针叶束生根的影响。采用营养液水培法,以2a 生油松当年生枝为材料,研究针叶束生根的最适合条件。结果表明:生根最适的生长调节剂浓度为I BA、I AA 各90mg·L-1,处理24h ;适宜的营养液配方为50mg·L-1硼酸+30mg·L-1硝酸铵+30mg·L-1VB1+20mg·L-1磷酸二氢钾。生长调节剂是影响油松生根的主导因素,营养液与油松针叶根系质量有一定的关系。
Abstract:
Effects of different exogenous hor mones and cult ure s oluti ons on rooti ng of t he needle fasci cles of pi nus tabulae f or mi s were i nvesti gated .The res ults s ho wed t hat t he leadi ng factor i ncreasi ng t he rate of rooti ng was t he exogenous hor mone ,and t he cult ure s oluti on could i mprove t he quality of root .The s uit—
able rooti ng exogenous hor mone and its proporti on were I BA +I AA (1∶1)wit h 180mg·L-1to treat t he needle fasci cles for 24h ;t he opti mu m cult ure s oluti on was HBO3(50mg·L-1)+N H4N O3(30mg·L-1)+VB1(30mg·L-1)+K H2PO4(20mg·L-1).
