摘要:
为研究陕北半湿润黄土丘陵区不同树种人工林地土壤酶活性和微生物量C在森林土壤中的分布特征及二者的关系,在黄陵地区选择有典型代表性的人工油松、侧柏、华山松、刺槐及辽东栎纯林和它们的混交林,并测定林地土壤酶活性和微生物量C。结果表明(1)在0-40 cm的土层范围内,随着土层深度的增加,土壤酶活性和微生物量C明显呈递减规律变化,即0-20 cm土层>20-40 cm土层;(2) 在不同树种条件下,各土壤酶活性和微生物量C表现差异较大,蛋白酶活性大小依次是阔叶纯林>天然荒草地>混交林>针叶纯林;其他酶活性和微生物量C的大小总体规律表现为阔叶纯林>针阔混交林>针叶纯林>天然荒草地;(3)研究区土壤微生物量C与各种酶活性之间有较高的相关性。 蛋白酶与磷酸酶、过氧化物酶、微生物量C未达到显著水平;除过脱氢酶外,其余各种酶活性之间以及与微生物量C之间的相关性均达到显著或极显著水平。另外,对土壤表层酶活性和微生物量C进行聚类分析,可以将10 个样地分为不同的类别,聚类分析结果显示混交林地土壤酶活性和微生物量C最高,阔叶纯林次之,针叶纯林最小。 针阔混交林能够显著性地提高土壤的生物学性质,有利于微生物的再分配;土壤微生物量C和酶活性能够及时地反映土壤养分的变化趋势。
Abstract:
To study the distribution of soil enzyme activitys, the microbial biomass carbon, and their relationships in different artificial forests, soil enzyme activities and microbial biomass C in the soils under the selected artificial forests: Pinus tabulaeformis, Quercus liaotungensis, Pinus armandii, Platycladus orientalis, Robinia pseudoacacia in Huangling Area . The results were as follows. (1): In the soil depth of 0-40 cm, soil enzyme activities and microbial biomass C significantly decreased with the increase of soil depth; (2) Significant differences were found in soil enzyme activities and microbial biomass C under the different patterns of artificial forests, and the whole, followed the order of pure broadleaved artificial forest > mixed broadleaved and coniferous forests > coniferous forests > natural grassland, among them the activities of proteinase were in the order of pure broadleaved forests > natural grassland > mixed forests > coniferous forests; (3) Significant correlations were found among soil enzyme activities and microbial biomass C in different soils.. Protease,phosphatase, peroxidase, microbial biomass C did not reach significant level. Other enzymes except for dehydrogenase, all reached significant or very significant level. In addition, 10 sample plots could be divided into types based on cluster analysis of soil enzyme activities and microbial biomass C. The results of cluster analysis showed that the soil enzyme activities and the microbial biomass C were the highest in mixed forests, the second was broadleaved forests, coniferous forest was the minimum. Mixed broadleaved and coniferous forests can significantly improve the biological nature of the soil and increase the quantity of microorganism; and the change of soil enzymes and the quantity of microorganism can indicate the change tendency of soil nutrients.
