摘要:
通过在杜仲叶面喷施ABT生根粉和赤霉素,研究其对杜仲叶中次生代谢物京尼平甙酸、绿原酸、总黄酮、杜仲胶含量的影响.结果表明:ABT生根粉处理后,杜仲叶中京尼平甙酸的含量在较长时间段内增加,增加幅度超过了9;绿原酸、总黄酮和杜仲胶的含量减少,减少幅度较大.赤霉素在不同的时期,对杜仲叶中京尼平甙酸、绿原酸、总黄酮和杜仲胶的含量影响效果不同,变化幅度较喷施ABT生根粉的小.
