摘要:
以陕西陇县八渡油松种子园的14个无性系为材料,提取基因组DNA,采用RAPD技术,分析无性系间的亲缘关系,结果表明:筛选出的8个引物共扩增出23个条带,其中具有多态性的条带14条,占总扩增条带数的60.8%。进一步采用UPGMA法进行亲缘关系及多样性分析,在遗传相似系数为0.71时,14个无性系聚为4类。14个无性系间亲缘关系较远,种子园具有较高的遗传多样性。
