摘要:
采用比较解剖的研究方法对同一生境条件下栽培的陕西省种源血椿、粉椿和绿椿 类型叶片结 构及抗逆性进行了研究。结果表明,血椿、粉椿和绿椿类型在解剖结构上有显著差异, 血椿类型结晶 细胞较多,对碱性土壤适应性强;栅栏组织/叶肉比值大,比粉椿和绿椿的抗旱能力强。
Abstract:
The stress resistant characteristics and leaf structure of d ifferent type of Toona sinensis from Shaanxi Provenance which was cultivated under the same habitat conditions we re investigated with comparative anatomy method,i.e.,Xuechun,Fenchun,and Luchun.The results indicated that a natomical structures were significant difˉ ferent among the types studied.The leaves of Xuechun had more crys tal cells and higher stress resistance to alkaline soils than those of Fenchun and Luchun,and the ratio of palisad e tissues to mesophyll tissues in Xuechun leaves was higher than those of Fenchun and Luchun,indicating that Xuechu n had higher drought resistance than of Fenˉ chun and Luchun.
