摘要:
采用电子显微镜技术对青杨叶锈病(Melampsora larici-populina Kleb.)菌在华北落叶松(Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr.)上的发育过程进行了初步观察。结果表明:胞间菌丝呈丝状、单核或双核,单核胞间菌丝直接穿透寄主细胞壁侵入寄主细胞形成吸器,吸器菌丝状。性孢子产生方式为环痕式产胞,锈孢子器疱状,锈孢子串生,具疣突。
