摘要:
对受栅锈菌侵染后的杨树体内代谢指标进行了测定,研究了杨树受不同致病性的落叶松-杨栅锈菌侵染前后的病理生理学变化.结果表明,受锈菌侵染后,寄主可溶性总糖含量先降低再升高,而还原糖和可溶性蛋白质含量的病/健比一直小于1;与之相反,游离氨基酸含量的病/健比则一直大于1.CAT的活性在接种后的48~96 h中达到最大,POD、SOD的活性在接种后的24 h后就高于对照,且逐渐升高,并在显症前达到峰值.在不同亲和性的组合中的生理变化以感病组合中最显著,这些生理变化与抗病性有一定的关系,可作为检测杨树抗锈性生理生化指标.
