摘要:
通过分离培养,发现落叶松-杨栅锈菌(Melampsora larici-populina)的重寄生菌主要有Cladosporium tenuissimum、Alternaria sp.Penicillium sp..对C.tenuissimum的生物学特性研究表明,该菌在PDA培养基上的生长适温为25~30℃,在pH为3~11时均可生长和产孢,最适pH为4~6.在对碳源的利用上,以果糖、葡萄糖生长最好,麦芽糖、淀粉、乳糖、甘露醇、木糖、蔗糖等均可以生长.随着葡萄糖浓度的增加,其菌落直径、菌丝致密程度和产孢
