摘要:
以抗涝性强的杂交鹅掌楸无性系NE39和NE48号、抗涝性差的无性系NE40和NE75为试验材料,研究淹水胁迫下几种酶活性的变化。结果表明保护酶(SOD,CAT)活性的变化在时间和幅度上有差异。抗性强的无性系在淹水8 d后SOD活性最大,NE39和NE48的SOD活性分别由127.39、204.57 u·g-1上升到326.49、368.67 u·g-1;抗性差的无性系在淹水6 d后SOD活性最大,且增幅较小。淹水8 d后,NE39和NE48的CAT活性分别增加588.0、477.2 u·g-1,乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)活性分别由199.78、237.00 u·mg-1上升到349.00、297.00 u·g-1,苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性分别增加421.67、270.00 u·g-1;NE40和NE75的CAT活性分别增加45.60、112.00 u·g-1,ADH活性分别由203.22、214.67 u·mg-1下降到159.33、166.89 u·mg-1,PAL活性分别下降了280.00、306.67 u·g-1。抗性强的无性系其体内酶活性高且维持时间长。
Abstract:
Floodingresistance clones NE39 and NE48,and floodingsensitive clones NE40 and NE75 were selected to study the changes of enzyme activities under flooding stress.The change of SOD and POD activities had differences in time and range,floodingresistance clones showed the highest SOD activities in the 8thday of flooding.The SOD activity of NE39 and NE48 increased from 127.39,204.57 u·g1to 326.49,368.67 u·g1 respectively.Floodingsensitive clones showed the highest SOD activities in the 6th day of flooding;the increase of activity was slower.After 8 days'flooding,the CAT activity of NE39 and NE48 increased 588,477.2 u·g1,the ADH activity rose from 199.78,237 u·mg1to 349,297 u·mg1,the PAL activity increased 421.67,270 u·mg1 respectively,while the CAT activity of NE40 and NE75 increased 45.6,112 u·g1,the ADH activity fell from 203.22,214.67 u·mg1to 159.33,166.89 u·mg1,the PAL activity decreased 280.00,306.67 u·g1separately.Floodingresistance clones had higher enzyme activities and could hold long time.
