摘要:
 以我国北方乡土树种油松为研究对象,运用活体植物动态顶空套袋法,结合Porapak-Q吸附采样—溶剂洗脱—GC-MS分析洗脱液的方法进行样品采集与分析,对油松夏季健康木、夏季衰弱木、秋季健康木释放萜烯类挥发性成分组成进行分析,并研究挥发物释放浓度的日变化规律,在本研究结果分析的基础上,结合文献评价不同条件下油松释放的挥发物对人体的保健作用,为人们合理选择游憩时间提供依据。结果表明:油松主要释放3-蒈烯、α-水芹烯、α-蒎烯、莰烯、β-蒎烯、β-月桂烯、D-柠檬烯、萜品油烯等8种单萜烯;不同条件下,油松释放的挥发物成分又存在着差异,油松夏季健康木主要释放以上8种单萜烯,且释放浓度呈现“两峰一谷”日变化规律,而夏季衰弱木释放的单萜挥发物比健康木多5种,分别为β-水芹烯、α-松油烯、反式-β-罗勒烯、β-罗勒烯、γ-松油烯,秋季健康木比夏季多释放3种相对含量均低于0.1%的β-水芹烯、反式-β-罗勒烯和γ-松油烯;3种条件的油松对倍半萜类挥发物释放极少,各物质相对含量均不高。研究显示,相比夏季而言,秋季健康油松林分释放的挥发物对人体健康更有益,更适合外出游憩。而夏季16:30-18:00期间也比较适合在油松健康林分内游憩。
Abstract:
 In order to understand the diurnal variations and differences of the components of terpene volatiles released from healthy and debility Pinus tabulaeformis boles,dynamic branch enclosure technique combined with Porapak-Q adsorption-solvent desorption-GC-MS method was used.On the basis of the results,combined with literatures,the effects of volatiles on human health were evaluated to provide a reasonable choice of recreation time for people.The results showed that:the main terpenes released from P.tabulaeformis were 3-carene,α-phellandrene,α-pinene,camphene,β-pinene,β-myrcene,D-limonene,and terpinolene.In summer,healthy boles released eight kinds of major monoterpene as above,and the releasing concentration presented “two-peak and one-valley” diurnal variation; debility boles released 5 more terpenes than healthy boles: β-phellandrene,α-terpinene,trans-β-ocimene,β- ocimene,and γ-terpinene.In autumn,healthy boles released 3 more than summer: α-terpinene,trans-β-ocimene,and γ-terpinene.Each sesquiterpene component from P.tabulaeformis had a very low relative content.The results suggested that the healthy P.tabulaeformis forest in autumn was more beneficial to health and suitable for traveling outside, while in autumn,the best time period was 16:30-18:00.
