摘要:
 以中国西南地区南盘江流域优势种群细叶云南松的3种林分为对象,采用常规化学分析和Biolog-Eco微平板法分析其土壤酶活性和土壤微生物代谢活性,并利用冗余分析分析了它们与林分结构之间的相关性。结果表明:1)3种混交林的植物多样性、非空间结构和空间结构明显不同(P<0.05)。2)3种混交林的酸性磷酸酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性均随着土层厚度的增加逐渐降低。细叶云南松和多种阔叶树混交的林分(PYⅠ)过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和脲酶活性较低,其AWCD、Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson指数也显著低于另外2个林分(细叶云南松和栎类,PYⅡ;细叶云南松和铁坚油杉和栎类,PYⅢ)(P<0.05)。在3种混交林中,土壤微生物对氨基酸和碳水化合物利用量均较高。3)土壤微生物功能特性与林分结构关系密切。结果显示了林分类型、结构与土壤微生物群落功能的关系,可为南盘江流域森林及土壤资源的评价与管理提供科学依据。
Abstract:
 Interaction between forest trees and soil microbe plays a vital role in maintaining the stability of forest ecosystem.However,few studies have explored the characteristics of soil microbial communities among different stands of the same dominant population in natural forests.In this study,three stands dominated by Pinus yunnanensis var.tenuifolia in the Nanpan River basin were selected as research objects,including the stand of P.yunnanensis var.tenuifolia and broadleaved populations (PYⅠ),P.yunnanensis var.tenuifolia and Quercus spp.(PYⅡ),and P.yunnanensis var.tenuifolia,Keteleeria davidiana,and Quercus spp.(PYⅢ).The soil enzyme activity and soil microbial metabolic activity were analyzed by traditional chemical analysis and biolog microplate.The correlation between the activity and stand structure was further detected by the redundancy analysis.The results showed that 1) the three mixed forests differed in plant species diversity,non-spatial structure and spatial structure (P<0.05).2) The activities of acid phosphatase,urease,catalase and sucrase of the three mixed forests gradually decreased with the increase of soil thickness.PYⅠ had low activities of catalase,sucrase and urease,and its AWCD,Shanon-Wiener index,Simpson index were also significantly lower than those of the other two stands (PYⅡ,PYⅢ) (P<0.05).Soil microbe effectively utilized the amino acids and carbohydrates in the three mixed forests.3) Soil microbial function was closely correlated with stand structure.Our results cleanly displayed the relationships between stand type,structure and soil microbial community function,and provided scientific basis for the evaluation and management of forest and soil resources in the Nanpan River basin.
